Marston achieves Platinum Investors In People accreditation
19 November, 2020
Marston is really pleased to confirm that it has been awarded the Platinum level Investors In People accreditation.
This places Marston in the top 2% of the nearly 9,000 companies that have some level of Investors In People accreditation.
To attain Platinum status, a business must provide clear evidence that it puts people at the heart of decision making, and that it works in line with its values and towards a shared vision.
Investors in People said:
“You are unique in the services offered, but what really sets you apart is your commitment to working ethically.”
Its assessment report also recognises Marston’s commitment to the development of technology that supports its staff, clients and customers.
To have achieved Platinum status – particularly in a pandemic year – is testament to the hard work and dedication of teams that have built a collaborative workplace based on the talents and skills of Marston’s people.
The assessors were impressed by the responses of so many team members to the pandemic, from delivering food and essential supplies to becoming NHS Volunteer Responders.
Equally important was evidence of staff and self-employed agents engaging very sensitively with customers, and adapting to new ways of working.
Marston would like to give a big thanks to its staff and management teams for coming across so well in the assessments.
