Involuntary Meter Exchange is the industry’s first end-to-end solution, with every element of the supply chain delivered in-house by Engage. It includes obtaining warrants virtually through magistrate’s courts, our field agents who undertake the visits, locksmiths and dog handlers through to carrying out the technical metering work involved in removing or exchanging meters.
As a licensed MOP MAM, we have a network of over 70 dual fuel smart meter engineers and more than 20 specialist industrial and commercial engineers. Engage is the industry’s only Involuntary Warrant and Revenue Protection provider that incorporates both debt and metering services.
According to energy suppliers, we deliver savings that are on average around 50% of their annual debt budget when comparing iMex with their current operating models. We also achieve significant performance uplifts including an increase on pre-payment meters installed at warrant with an average length of warrant process of 25 days.
