Marston wins vulnerability strategy award

Marston Holdings (Marston) has won the Best Vulnerable Customer Strategy Award at the 2016 Credit Today Awards.

The Credit Today Awards is the largest awards ceremony in the industry, and celebrates best practice across credit and collections.

Marston received the award for a range of ground-breaking vulnerability initiatives established throughout its business, in support of customers that are potentially in need.

In respect of the Best Vulnerable Customer Strategy Award, the judges said:

“Marston’s independent ethical audit stood out. They have embraced the vulnerability agenda, and shown demonstrable engagement with third parties. Its vulnerability strategy clearly works well.”
