Marston receives double Credit Awards nomination

23 April, 2019

We are pleased to announce that Marston has been shortlisted in two categories at the Credit Awards 2019.

The Credit Awards is the flagship event for the UK’s credit industry, recognising and rewarding hard work and best practice in areas including debt collection and enforcement.

Best Company to Work For

This award seeks to highlight a business that demonstrates high staff engagement levels.

Nominees are also required to demonstrate a clear commitment to staff training and development, and how they deliver a positive culture.

Marston strives to create a supportive and stimulating environment that helps to get the best out of its staff, as well as retain them, and we are delighted to receive this recognition from the judging panel.

Best Customer Vulnerability Strategy

This award highlights a business that has a strong customer-centric vulnerability strategy that works well to identify and support vulnerable customers.

Our vulnerability strategy is core to the Group’s ethical focus, and we are grateful that our work has been recognised by this nomination.

The double nomination reflects the standards we set in our business, as evidenced by our Platinum and Gold Investors in People accreditations and our external partnerships with debt advice charities.
