Marston wins IRRV Excellence in Enforcement award

25 October, 2017

Marston Holdings (Marston) has won the inaugural Excellence in Enforcement award at the 2017 IRRV Performance Awards.

The judging panel conducted site visits as part of a rigorous assessment process, scrutinising all aspects of award submissions.

Gary L. Watson IRRV (Hons), IRRV Performance Awards Co-Ordinator, commented that:

“The awards panel was looking for organisations to demonstrate they have excelled in the area of enforcement. This required evidence of innovation and enterprise, demonstrated through improved and maintained performance.

The awards panel was impressed by Marston Holdings’ governance, and how the company recognised its responsibilities – not only to its clients, but also those they are collecting debts from. This was demonstrated by the company’s approach to vulnerability.”

The Group Client Director, said:

“Every single person in the organisation contributed to this award through their hard work and the high standards they meet every day.

I am delighted that the excellence of our service has been recognised by the IRRV through this prestigious award.”
