Michael Jackson

Director of High Court Services

Michael joined a firm of Sheriff’s Officers in the early 1980’s where he became a Sheriff’s Officer for Greater London, Surrey and Her tfordshire and later for the City of London as Sergeant at Mace. Michael moved to the Midlands to join Marston where he became a High Cour t Enforcement Officer following the regulatory changes in 2004.

He has served on the boards of the Sheriff’s Officers Association, now High Court Enforcement Officers Association (HCEOA), as a general board member and currently as the HCEOA’s treasurer, having formerly been the Complaints Officer.

During his years on the board, Michael has worked with the MOJ assisting with the change of enforcement of Employment Awards to enforcement in the High Court, the production of Statistics with the MOJ, and the various calls for evidence, and additionally within the association as a part of the Education Working Party for the association developing the ICM qualification for High Court Enforcement Officers,the website and the associations Best Practice for HCEO’s

He remains an active member of the ICM for some 10 years, where he is a FICM.

David Lynch

Client Services Director – Civil & Business

With over a decade’s worth of experience, David Lynch’s expertise spans from debt recovery to litigation and enforcement, having worked for some of the UK’s leading debt collection agencies.

David joined Rossendales in 2011 as Business Development Manager, focusing on new and existing client relationships for debt collection agency, Rossendales Collect. Following the acquisition of Rossendales by Marston Holdings in 2013, David now focuses on establishing and developing our High Court client base.

David works with clients and potential clients around the country to quickly establish their needs, providing advice on all forms of debt recovery, and has gained knowledge in every type of collection activity including field collections and investigations, tracing and process serving, litigation and enforcement.

An active associate of the enforcement industry, David has been a member of the Institute of Credit Management since 2011, regularly engaging with clients at industry events and other networking opportunities.

Key Account Manager – Civil & Business

Michael Javens joined Marston Group’s High Court division in September 2007, after obtaining a law degree from the University of Manchester.

He began his career with Marston in the High Court operational team and was soon appointed as Senior Enforcement Officer, where he was responsible for the enforcement of writs for several clients.

In July 2013, Michael was promoted to Key Account Manager for the Civil and Business Division of Marston Holdings. He ensures that the highest quality of service is provided to clients using the High Court Enforcement Service.

Michael has recently qualified as an authorised High Court Enforcement Officer, and is also a full member of the High Court Enforcement Officers’ Association.

Gemma Payne

Key Account Manager – Civil & Business

Gemma Payne was appointed High Court Client Services Administrator at Marston Group in April 2014.

Her career started in the financial industry and spanned over nine years. During this time, she was a team manager in telephony, covering both business and personal customers. Gemma also worked for two years in Brisbane, Australia as a Client Liaison Officer.

Gemma is responsible for ensuring all clients receive outstanding customer service. This involves tailoring reports to suit individual clients and providing information in a timely manner. Gemma will always meet the needs of our clients in a friendly and efficient manner.
