  • Being the first business in this sector to be authorised by the Financial Conduct Authority, offering guidance to those in the process and representing the industry within the official trade body.
  • Challenging traditional processes by using ANPR technology. Engage has access to a group fleet of 120 ANPR trucks patrolling the UK, locating an additional 5% of static vehicles for clients at no extra cost.
  • Introducing the use of body worn video cameras for all agent visits in 2013, ensuring that conversations and situations are recorded, and incorrect behaviour challenged.
  • We undertake over 50,000 visits every month across the UK, to validate vehicle locations prior to an enforcement agent attending. 
  • Offering a paperless field environment using tablet technology. This allows clients to view the process in real time with each visit being GPS, date and time stamped. Where vehicles are recovered, digital signatures and photos are provided. Full transparency is provided as all conversations and notes are available to review.
  • Striking the right balance between providing clients with peace of mind and documenting the customer journey and experience, whilst increasing vehicle recoveries at no extra cost.

Professional representation is provided in the field by our field agents with their own repossession vehicles. This allows for a reduced supply chain and less risk for clients, whilst delivering reassuringly excellent levels of service in speed of response, customer focused approach and vehicles recovered.

Our account management team is always on hand to answer any questions and to receive and execute client instructions. This team works closely with field agents, providing operational support where needed.

We specialise in process serving throughout England and Wales. Court and legal documents are served on a same day-basis when required. We also undertake trace enquiries.

Employment Tribunal Enforcement Form
