The ParkTrade platform meets international standards, including ISO 27001 (Information Security Management System). It can be used in any tolling and road charging environment with seamless integration to ERP, financial and business intelligence systems. It easily adapts to the changing needs of clients including new requirements and functionalities as well as additional charging schemes.
Key functionality includes:
Identification – Domestic and international vehicle owners based on license plate number.
Validation – Validation of images and country of origin.
Payment – By online card, bank transfer, IVR, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Paypal including full reporting, reconciliation and fraud management.
Enforcement – Collection of unpaid tolls, road charges and PCNs for domestic and international vehicle owners.
Account Options – Allows automatic and time-based payment accounts including pay as you go and pre-pay or post-pay options. Also handles discount schemes and bulk registrations for haulage operators and car rental companies.
Notifications – Sent on behalf of clients to alert vehicle owners globally of outstanding payments, penalty charge notices and debt collection notices.
Customer Support – Includes support, vehicle owner interaction and case management including appeal handling services in local language. A back office solution is also available.
Vehicle management – Includes management of environmental registers and whitelists of exempt vehicles including buses, taxis, council, emergency services, etc.
