Our communications and engagement team provides a holistic and integrated consultancy service for clients. Experts in developing creative communications, consultation and engagement strategies and campaigns, we have significant experience in delivering a quality communications and engagement service. We understand the need to engage stakeholders and communities effectively and to build advocacy with key stakeholders through meaningful consultation.
We provide expertise to a wide range of clients throughout the UK. Advising local authorities on the best way to engage their communities on transport and infrastructure projects and achieve their policy goals.
We understand that the early engagement with stakeholders, including residents, businesses and local community groups, can help shape a project. It becomes more meaningful to those involved and means the project is more likely to have a positive impact.
We create bespoke consultation strategies to meet the needs of clients, leading effective engagement projects that engage the diverse communities in which they operate. We can develop digital communications campaigns, community outreach programmes, public events and workshops to ensure that the community and key stakeholders are involved in the designs and solutions we create from the outset.
We undertake a partnership approach in everything we do, developing and implementing consultation and communication strategies with clients to provide impact and deliver results. We can offer a range of support from advising on a client’s approach to managing the entire process including planning, delivery and communication.
