Parking beat surveys

These surveys can record the occupancy of spaces in on-street and off-street parking at regular intervals to profile usage and determine peak periods.  Parking beat surveys can be tailored to meet individual client requirements.

Controlled parking zone design

Controlled Parking Zones are designed to improve local parking. They restrict the ability of people from other areas to park in these roads, reducing both traffic congestion and air pollution.

Project Centre has considerable expertise in some of the most complex areas of on-street parking management such as event day parking schemes, managing parking pressure near hospitals, major transport interchanges and on private estates. We produce fit for purpose scheme designs to meet the needs of communities.

Parking consultations

We conduct parking consultations to understand issues experienced in local areas by all those that live and work there. A complete solution is provided from consultation, material design, and dedicated consultation website to reporting the outcomes of the consultation process.

Permit and pricing reviews

Comprehensive charging reviews are conducted to ensure that local authorities are best placed to offer incentives to less polluting vehicles without experiencing a reduction in parking revenues.

Scheme implementation

We provide project management for all aspects of schemes including the supervision and co-ordination of implementations and contractor liaison on behalf of clients.

Housing estate parking

Project Centre provides a comprehensive range of services including the review of parking provision and demand on housing estates, including consultation and design. This helps local authorities to better manage resident parking on their housing estates.

Electric vehicles

We provide an end-to-end service including:

Our Traffic Order Team has a wealth of experience in drafting permanent, temporary and experimental orders for a wide variety of parking and traffic related schemes.

Geographic Information Systems (GIS)

Project Centre utilises GIS across all multi-disciplinary teams including engineering, parking, traffic management and flood risk. Our GIS specialists are experienced in the use of ESRI, MapInfo, and QGIS. We support local authority clients on a diverse range of GIS projects:

  • Mapping and data collection – We specialise in the capture of GIS data using highly accurate GPS surveying techniques or digitising from primary data.
  • Web maps and cartography – Adding your data to a map makes it more intuitive and easier to understand than written text. We produce traditional paper maps as well as interactive web maps.
  • Data Analysis and Modelling – GIS data analysis and modelling  answers complex questions such as the location of traffic casualty hot spots or areas at the highest risk of flooding.
  • Training: – We run bespoke training courses on the leading GIS software packages for beginners to advanced users.

Enforcement

We have access to a range of solutions that can support and enforce these parking contraventions. We can provide intelligent traffic management and enforcement including attended, unattended and mobile vehicle CCTV and ANPR solutions using Videalert’s digital software platform. We can also manage all aspects of civil parking enforcement (CPE) and compliance, including customer service and back office support, through NSL.

We specialise in process serving throughout England and Wales. Court and legal documents are served on a same day-basis when required. We also undertake trace enquiries.

Employment Tribunal Enforcement Form

Instruct us to enforce employment tribunal awards. We can apply to the court to register the award as a Judgment.

European Enforcement Order Instruction Form
